Sipapu Large Duplex

Stay in our historic, two-story Sipapu large duplex – a favorite mountain cabin choice at Sipapu Ski and Summer Resort These units pre-date Sipapu.

Situated right next to the Sipapu lodge, located slopeside and right on the river, the large duplex sleeps 2-7 people and includes a full-size sofa sleeper, one queen-size bed, and one full-size bed for a maximum of 7 people.

There is a spacious, comfortable living room with a rock fireplace and two full-sized sofa sleepers, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and family-style dining area. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with one full sized bed, plus one full bathroom with a shower only. Kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, cookware, dishes, glassware, and silverware.

Rent the Sipapu large duplex in combination with the adjoining small duplex.

Together the Sipapu duplexes make it easy to enhance your gatherings, and also accommodate a larger group.

Lastly, don’t forget your pets! Well-behaved pets are always welcome in the Sipapu Duplexes for an additional cost of $25 per pet, per visit.

A gentle reminder that these historic units have delicate septic systems and can be easily overloaded. Please be mindful of electric usage in these units.
